Housing

Housing represents a large and growing sector in which we operate. Our first flagship housing project was the £2.2 million Waterside project in Faversham, Kent completed at the end of 2004. This was followed by other projects in Kent for the same client that included second project in Faversham and others in Maidstone, Tonbridge & Sevenaoks.Sence then the company has built on this success by working with a number of developers building out both design and build and traditional housing projects in Sissinghurst, Beckenham, Ashford, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Witersham, Bethersden and Smarden in Kent and Horam in East Sussex. The sector is providing a significant contribution to our growing turnover and we have ongoing projects in Chislehurst, Gillingham, Seabrook near Hythe and Beckenham in Kent and are starting a new project in Mersham near Ashford Kent at the time of update. New similar projects are being brought forward and negotiations are ongoing for our next housing projects for a start in the new year.

We also build houses for housing associations, and developers on a design and build basis.
Hawes Avenue Phase II in Ramsgate, Kent - The finished product
Old Vicarage Close, Horam East Sussex is a typical example of a design and build project for a developer.. A small ten property estate consisting of two terraces of four and a pair of semi-detached houses with garages and car parking secured by an electricaly operated automaticmain estate entrace gate. The develoment was designed and built to utilise a brown field site on the outskirts of the village..
A country house for a private client
Not only do we carry out work for developers but also for private clients who require a quality individual property. We provide this service to clients throughout the Kent and East Sussex area and the property to the left is a good example of such a project.

A private client - ultra-modern exterior with traditional interior

On some occasions a project comes our way that is unusual in that it does not fit squarely in to one sector or another.

One such project was an ultra-modern steel orangery annex to an existing substantial hillside property in Kent. The client required a modern exterior with complementary traditional high quality internal finishes. A striking appearance and a stylish and elegant internal ambience was the requirement. The quality achieved on this project is an outcome we strive to achieve in all our housing projects.
